   I accept any orders of  Editing (Resizing, cropping, Toning, etc.) or/and printing enlargements on the best Traditional Photo paper (see prices on enlargements below).  

    DETAILS   

  Web Pages on  Internet allow you to view images from around the world and select pictures for  Albums and/or Enlargements. 

Web Pages (50 + selected images) will be available within 2-3 weeks. You will be provided with your Address (URL). 

 Albums (classic) will be returned within 3-4 weeks after Album Session when the selection on pictures and sizes will be made.

 Additional Prints/Enlargements (retouched Custom Prints)

To secure a date, a deposit of 1/2 of the package's price is required.  The rest of the balance will be paid at a time of receiving  of the whole package.

Prices do not include 5%  Mass sale tax.

Liability: Photographer's liability to the Customer shall be limited to the return of the Customers retainer, or the refund of the difference of the cost between the value of the proofs actually contracted for, and actually delivered. Photographer's maximum liability shall be limited to the return of the Customers payment.

Travel Cost: Additional  $100 per hour will be charged for Photographic Services to be performed at greater distance than 70 miles from Boston.

Cancellation by Customer:  Customer shall forfeit the initial Deposit retainer, as liquidated damages, and not as penalty; any remaining balance will be refunded.

Customers Obligations: The Contracting Party, to enhance the photographic experience, shall cooperate with the Photographer in the following ways: 1. Identifying the Principal persons to be Photographed 2. Advising the Photographer in writing in advance of any special considerations, not mentioned in the contract/agreement. 3. Assist in the gathering of persons for group poses.  

Exclusivity: The Photographer is hereby retained as the sole and exclusive professional photographer to perform the photographic services contained herein. Customer shall take any necessary action to ensure that photographer is not hindered nor harmed in performing his services for the customer.
